Avatar professions

Avatars, regardless of rarity, have one of four current professions:

Miner — Diving into mines, finding ORE and resources, and operating mining rigs is best left to miners.

Scientist — Research, synthesis of new materials, data and analytics, and other related tasks are performed by scientists.

Programmer — Hackers, coders, 3D blueprint developers, and other such computer-based operators are considered programmers.

Technician — Engineers, mechanics, heavy machinery operators, and all other technically-skilled Explorers are considered technicians.

All avatars can perform all missions regardless of profession, but matching an avatar's profession to the mission type yields greater rewards or has a higher success rate.
